A healthy and delicious update on the classic rosemary ham
We start with single muscle pork, raised without antibiotics. Then it's "uncured" (no added nitrates or nitrites except those naturally occurring in celery powder or sea salt), and deep marinated with agave, extra-virgin olive oil and herbs for a healthful and modern update on the classic rosemary ham.
These hams are trimmed ultra-clean, so they're ultra-lean, BUT with our Extra Virgin Olive Oil they stay succulent through the long, slow smoking. With just a hint of herbal edge, agave sweetness and rich smoke, this ham is an All-Natural modern classic!
